Listings

How do I create a good listing?
Choose the correct category and specify the brand, model, condition and actual price. Add clear photos of your own and honestly describe any defects or repairs.
What do Mainstream, Hi-Fi and High-End mean?
We use the following guidelines in the catalogue:
Mainstream — equipment for everyday listening, with an emphasis on affordability and convenience. This does not mean poor quality.
Hi-Fi — dedicated audio equipment for accurate, high-quality sound reproduction.
High-End — dedicated models in the top segment, with particular attention to sound reproduction and technical execution.
These labels do not replace specifications, a condition check or listening to the particular model. Price alone does not determine the segment.
How does equipment purpose differ from its segment?
Purpose describes the tasks a particular model is designed for: home audio, portable and personal audio, or studio equipment. Segment is a separate guide: Mainstream, Hi-Fi or High-End. Studio equipment is not a tier above High-End; its segment may remain Unclassified. On this site, professional equipment means studio equipment for recording, mixing, mastering and audio monitoring: studio monitors, audio interfaces, microphones, preamplifiers and processors. Stage and concert equipment, PA systems and installed sound systems are outside the scope of the platform. Classify the model by its intended purpose, not where it happens to be used.
How do I choose the equipment segment for a listing?
Consider the particular model, its intended use, specifications and technical execution. One brand may make equipment in several segments. Product category, age, appearance and a high price do not determine the tier on their own. Use the available information about the model, rather than a marketing label alone.
What should I choose if I do not know the equipment segment?
Leave it Unclassified if information is insufficient or you are unsure. This means no classification has been provided, not low quality. Equipment from every segment can be listed. Catalogue preferences determine which listings you see and do not restrict your own listings.
What photos should I add?
Photograph the item from several angles in good lighting. Show the model label, connectors, included accessories and any visible defects. Do not include personal information in your photos.
Can I edit or withdraw my listing?
Yes. In My listings, you can update the information or withdraw the listing when the item is no longer available.

Moderation

Why are listings reviewed?
Moderation helps remove duplicate listings, misleading information and prohibited content. Provide complete information to make the review easier.
What should I do if my listing is returned for corrections?
Open the listing in your account, read the reason provided by the moderator, correct the indicated fields and submit it for review again.
Why might a listing be blocked?
Common reasons include prohibited items, misleading photos or descriptions, duplicate listings, an incorrect category or attempted fraud. Repeated violations accumulate and may lead to account restrictions.

Messaging

How do I contact a seller?
Use the message button on the listing. Keep the conversation on the platform so that its context is preserved and suspicious situations are easier to investigate.
What should I do if a seller does not reply?
Allow a reasonable amount of time and avoid sending repeated identical messages. You can look for another listing; a lack of response is not a reason to send money in advance.

Safety

How can I make a transaction safely?
Check the item and its serial number before paying, meet in a safe place and do not send advance payments to someone you do not know. Never share your PIN, CVV, password or SMS verification codes.
How do I report a suspicious listing?
Click Report on the listing page, select a reason or describe your own, and send the report directly to a moderator. The seller cannot see your report. To prevent abuse, you can report the same listing once every 24 hours; daily limits also apply per user or device and per IP address.
